Last updated: May 29, 2026
1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ClimbCore Lite, including the ClimbCore Lite website, coaching tools, subscription plans, Founder Program, uploaded content review, AI-assisted feedback, community features, and related services.
ClimbCore Lite is operated by CareTech Connect LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, doing business as ClimbCore Lite. References to “ClimbCore Lite,” “we,” “us,” or “our” mean CareTech Connect LLC and the ClimbCore Lite service, unless stated otherwise.
By accessing ClimbCore Lite, creating an account, purchasing a plan, joining the Founder Program, submitting content, or using any coaching feature, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use ClimbCore Lite.
2. Service Description
ClimbCore Lite provides coaching tools, manual match review, screenshot review, clip/VOD review, gameplay analysis, training modes, educational resources, and related improvement features. The service is designed to help users think more clearly about gameplay, decision-making, habits, mistakes, and improvement goals.
ClimbCore Lite does not provide cheating tools, live in-game automation, hidden information, scripts, exploits, hacks, win-trading services, boosting, account sharing services, or tools intended to violate the rules of any game publisher, platform, or tournament organizer.
ClimbCore Lite does not currently provide Riot API-powered automated match sync unless expressly stated. Users may manually submit match details, screenshots, clips, VODs, and related coaching information.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use ClimbCore Lite. If you are under 18, you may use ClimbCore Lite only with permission and involvement from a parent or legal guardian.
By using ClimbCore Lite, you represent that you are legally able to agree to these Terms or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the service.
4. Accounts and Account Security
Some features may require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep your account information reasonably up to date. You may not sell, transfer, share, or misuse your account access in a way that harms ClimbCore Lite, other users, the community, or the service.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the service, attempt to bypass payment systems, upload prohibited content, create security risk, or create legal or operational risk.
5. User Responsibility
You are responsible for the information, materials, and content you submit to ClimbCore Lite. This includes coaching prompts, match descriptions, screenshots, clips, VODs, usernames, gameplay footage, and any other uploaded or submitted materials.
You agree not to upload or submit content that:
- You do not own or do not have permission to share.
- Violates another person’s privacy, intellectual property, publicity, or other rights.
- Contains private login credentials, passwords, payment information, government IDs, or unnecessary sensitive personal information.
- Contains malware, harmful code, phishing material, or attempts to interfere with the service.
- Is unlawful, abusive, harassing, threatening, hateful, sexually exploitative, or otherwise harmful.
- Encourages cheating, boosting, account theft, exploiting, harassment, or violation of game rules.
6. Uploaded Content and License
You retain ownership of the content you submit to ClimbCore Lite. However, by submitting content, you grant ClimbCore Lite a limited license to host, store, process, reproduce, analyze, display, and use that content as needed to provide coaching features, generate feedback, operate the service, troubleshoot issues, improve user experience, enforce these Terms, and maintain service security.
This license is worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and limited to operating, improving, and protecting ClimbCore Lite. It does not give ClimbCore Lite ownership of your original gameplay content.
You are responsible for ensuring that uploaded clips, screenshots, VODs, voice chat, usernames, or other materials can legally be shared with us. Do not upload private or sensitive content unless it is necessary for coaching and you have the right to submit it.
7. AI-Assisted Coaching
ClimbCore Lite may use artificial intelligence tools, model APIs, or similar technology to help generate coaching feedback, analyze submitted materials, summarize gameplay patterns, answer coaching questions, and produce improvement suggestions.
AI-assisted feedback is provided for educational and entertainment purposes. It may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or imperfect. ClimbCore Lite does not guarantee that coaching feedback will be correct in every situation, reflect every possible gameplay variable, or produce specific results.
You should use your own judgment when applying coaching feedback. ClimbCore Lite is not responsible for in-game losses, rank changes, account penalties, team outcomes, tournament results, or other consequences resulting from your use of coaching suggestions.
8. Subscriptions and Billing
ClimbCore Lite may offer free features, paid subscriptions, early access plans, Founder plans, one-time purchases, or other paid services. Paid plans may renew automatically on a monthly basis or another billing period shown at checkout unless canceled before renewal.
Subscription billing is processed by Stripe or another third-party payment processor. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize the payment processor to charge your selected payment method according to the plan, price, renewal period, and checkout terms shown at the time of purchase.
Plan prices, included features, usage limits, and availability may change over time. If pricing or material plan terms change, we will provide notice where required by law or through reasonable product, billing, or account notices.
9. Cancellations
You may cancel a subscription through the available billing flow, account tools, customer portal, or by contacting us at business@climbcore.net. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not necessarily refund charges that have already been processed.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by law, canceling a subscription will generally allow access to paid features until the end of the current billing period. After the billing period ends, access may be reduced, limited, or removed.
If you have trouble canceling, contact business@climbcore.net and include the email associated with your account.
10. Refunds
Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, payments are generally non-refundable once processed. This includes subscription payments, Founder Program purchases, one-time purchases, and early access purchases.
We may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Approval of a refund in one situation does not require us to provide refunds in other situations.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact business@climbcore.net as soon as possible with the email used for purchase, the charge date, and a description of the issue.
11. Founder Benefits
Founder benefits are intended for active Founder subscribers or eligible Founder purchasers, depending on the specific offer. Benefits may include Discord roles, app badges, early access, feedback priority, private testing access, recognition perks, or free months of a future ClimbCore release when available.
Founder benefits are promotional, limited, and subject to change as ClimbCore Lite and the full ClimbCore product develop. Final benefit details, names, designs, timing, eligibility requirements, and availability may be adjusted before or after launch.
Founder status does not provide ownership, equity, voting rights, revenue share, employment, partnership, investment rights, or control over ClimbCore Lite, CareTech Connect LLC, or any related business.
12. Founder Program Purchases
The Founder Program may include separate one-time support purchase options for development perks, early supporter rewards, recognition, or future access benefits. Founder Program purchases are not charitable donations to a nonprofit and are not investments.
Founder Program perks, access timing, role names, badge designs, Discord benefits, beta availability, and full launch benefits may be finalized, delayed, changed, replaced, or discontinued as the product develops.
Unless expressly stated otherwise or required by law, Founder Program purchases are non-refundable.
13. Beta, Early Access, and Experimental Features
Some ClimbCore Lite features may be experimental, unfinished, limited, or provided as beta/early access features. These features may contain bugs, produce inaccurate results, change without notice, or be removed entirely.
We may add, modify, pause, restrict, or discontinue features at any time. We are not required to continue offering any particular feature, design, plan, training mode, coaching format, Founder perk, integration, or community benefit permanently.
14. No Guaranteed Results
ClimbCore Lite provides coaching, educational tools, analysis, and improvement suggestions. It does not guarantee rank increases, win rates, tournament results, competitive success, team placement, account progression, or any specific performance outcome.
Your results depend on many factors outside our control, including practice habits, mechanics, decision-making, time investment, mindset, teammates, opponents, game updates, balance patches, matchmaking, and personal circumstances.
15. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse ClimbCore Lite. Prohibited conduct includes:
- Using ClimbCore Lite to create, request, distribute, or improve cheats, scripts, hacks, exploits, bots, or automation tools.
- Attempting to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, attack, or disrupt the service.
- Bypassing payment systems, usage limits, account restrictions, or access controls.
- Uploading malware, harmful files, deceptive links, or malicious content.
- Harassing, threatening, abusing, or targeting other users, staff, creators, or communities.
- Using the service to violate game publisher terms, platform rules, laws, or third-party rights.
- Impersonating another person, company, platform, publisher, or ClimbCore Lite representative.
16. Intellectual Property
ClimbCore Lite, including its branding, site design, written copy, coaching systems, UI concepts, logos, product names, original graphics, software, workflows, and related materials, is owned by CareTech Connect LLC or its applicable owners and licensors.
You may not copy, resell, reproduce, redistribute, modify, clone, scrape, or commercially exploit ClimbCore Lite materials without written permission, except as allowed by law.
You retain ownership of your submitted content, subject to the limited license described in these Terms.
17. Feedback and Suggestions
If you submit ideas, suggestions, bug reports, feature requests, balance suggestions, coaching improvements, design feedback, or other feedback, you grant ClimbCore Lite permission to use that feedback without restriction or compensation.
We appreciate feedback, but submitting feedback does not create ownership rights, payment rights, confidentiality obligations, or approval rights over future product changes.
18. Third-Party Services
ClimbCore Lite may rely on third-party services for payments, hosting, databases, analytics, email, customer support, AI processing, authentication, Discord community features, or other infrastructure.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms, policies, and privacy practices. ClimbCore Lite is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, fees, errors, security incidents, or service interruptions outside our control.
19. Discord and Community Spaces
ClimbCore Lite may provide Discord access, community roles, Founder roles, private testing channels, or similar community benefits. Community access is a privilege, not a guaranteed permanent entitlement.
We may remove, limit, or revoke community access for harassment, abuse, spam, chargebacks, fraud, rule violations, staff impersonation, harmful behavior, or conduct that damages the community or product.
20. Game Publisher and Platform Rules
You are responsible for following the terms, rules, and policies of any game, platform, tournament organizer, or publisher related to your gameplay. ClimbCore Lite is designed as a coaching and review product, not a tool for cheating or gaining unfair access to hidden information.
Do not use ClimbCore Lite in a way that violates the rules of Riot Games, League of Legends, Teamfight Tactics, VALORANT, or any other game, publisher, platform, or competitive environment.
21. Riot Games and Third-Party Game Disclaimer
ClimbCore Lite may reference, discuss, or provide coaching related to third-party games, publishers, esports titles, platforms, characters, agents, champions, items, maps, or other game-related content.
ClimbCore Lite is not endorsed by Riot Games and does not reflect the views or opinions of Riot Games or anyone officially involved in producing or managing Riot Games properties. Riot Games, League of Legends, Teamfight Tactics, VALORANT, and all associated properties are trademarks or registered trademarks of Riot Games, Inc.
ClimbCore Lite is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to any game publisher unless expressly stated. All third-party trademarks, game titles, logos, characters, and related properties belong to their respective owners.
22. Service Availability
We aim to keep ClimbCore Lite available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, bugs, outages, third-party failures, payment issues, security events, or circumstances outside our control.
We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
23. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to ClimbCore Lite if we believe you violated these Terms, created legal or security risk, abused the service, misused payments, submitted harmful content, or engaged in conduct that harms ClimbCore Lite, users, staff, partners, or the community.
You may stop using ClimbCore Lite at any time. Canceling a subscription or deleting an account may not automatically delete all records we are required or allowed to retain for billing, security, legal, fraud-prevention, or compliance purposes.
24. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information. By using ClimbCore Lite, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.
You can review the Privacy Policy at privacy.html.
25. Disclaimers
ClimbCore Lite is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, availability, and error-free operation.
We do not guarantee that coaching feedback will be accurate, complete, current, or suitable for every user, rank, game state, patch, team composition, role, agent, champion, or competitive environment.
26. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClimbCore Lite, CareTech Connect LLC, and their owners, operators, team members, contractors, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, lost rankings, loss of goodwill, gameplay losses, account penalties, business interruption, or damages resulting from use of or inability to use the service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to ClimbCore Lite will not exceed the amount you paid to ClimbCore Lite for the service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the claim arose, or $100, whichever is greater.
27. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ClimbCore Lite, CareTech Connect LLC, and their owners, operators, team members, contractors, service providers, and affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the service, your submitted content, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, or your violation of another person’s rights.
28. Governing Law and International Users
