ClimbCore Lite Privacy Policy

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how ClimbCore Lite collects, uses, shares, stores, and protects information when you use our website, coaching tools, subscriptions, Founder Program, uploaded review features, support channels, and related services.

ClimbCore Lite is operated by CareTech Connect LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, doing business as ClimbCore Lite. References to “ClimbCore Lite,” “we,” “us,” or “our” mean CareTech Connect LLC and the ClimbCore Lite service, unless stated otherwise.

By using ClimbCore Lite, creating an account, purchasing a subscription, joining the Founder Program, uploading content, or contacting us, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We May Collect

Depending on how you use ClimbCore Lite, we may collect the following categories of information:

  • Account Information: Your name, email address, username, login details, account preferences, subscription status, and related account settings.
  • Payment and Subscription Information: Plan selection, billing status, purchase history, subscription status, renewal status, cancellation status, and payment confirmation data.
  • Coaching Content: Coaching prompts, gameplay questions, match descriptions, screenshots, clips, VODs, notes, files, and other materials you submit for review.
  • Gameplay Information: Information you manually provide about games, roles, champions, agents, matches, ranks, teams, comps, rounds, results, goals, habits, mistakes, or improvement areas.
  • Support Communications: Emails, feedback, support requests, bug reports, refund requests, Discord messages, and other communications you send to us.
  • Usage and Device Information: Browser type, device type, operating system, pages visited, referring URLs, approximate location based on IP address, feature usage, session activity, and diagnostic logs.
  • Cookies and Similar Technologies: Cookies, local storage, analytics identifiers, and similar tools used to operate the site, remember preferences, improve the product, and understand usage.

3. Payment Information

ClimbCore Lite uses Stripe or similar third-party payment processors to handle payments, subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, invoices, and fraud prevention. We do not directly store full credit card numbers or payment card security codes.

Payment processors may collect and process information necessary to complete transactions, verify payment methods, prevent fraud, comply with financial regulations, and provide billing services. Your payment information is handled according to the payment processor’s own terms and privacy policy.

4. Uploaded Content

ClimbCore Lite may allow users to upload or submit screenshots, clips, VODs, files, written match notes, gameplay summaries, or other coaching materials. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to upload and share anything you submit.

Do not upload content you do not have permission to share. Do not upload private login credentials, passwords, payment information, government IDs, private conversations, medical records, or unnecessary sensitive personal information.

If your uploaded gameplay materials contain usernames, voice chat, webcam footage, other players, team communications, or other identifiable information, that information may be processed as part of the coaching review.

5. How We Use Information

We may use information to:

  • Provide coaching feedback, gameplay review, improvement suggestions, and related product features.
  • Create, manage, verify, and secure user accounts.
  • Process subscriptions, payments, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and billing support.
  • Operate the Founder Program and deliver eligible Founder benefits.
  • Respond to support requests, bug reports, feedback, questions, and business inquiries.
  • Improve ClimbCore Lite’s features, design, accuracy, reliability, and user experience.
  • Analyze usage patterns, diagnose bugs, monitor performance, and improve site functionality.
  • Detect fraud, abuse, security issues, unauthorized access, or violations of our Terms.
  • Send account notices, billing messages, service updates, policy updates, and important product communications.
  • Comply with legal obligations, enforce our Terms, and protect our rights, users, business, and community.

6. AI Processing

ClimbCore Lite may use artificial intelligence tools, model APIs, or similar service providers to help generate coaching feedback, analyze submitted materials, summarize gameplay patterns, and answer coaching questions.

Information you submit for coaching may be transmitted to AI service providers for processing. This may include written prompts, match descriptions, uploaded content, screenshots, clips, VODs, or related context.

Users should avoid submitting sensitive personal information that is not necessary for coaching. AI-generated feedback may be incomplete, inaccurate, or imperfect, and should be used as educational guidance rather than guaranteed truth.

7. Cookies, Analytics, and Similar Technologies

ClimbCore Lite may use cookies, local storage, analytics tools, and similar technologies to operate the site, keep users signed in, remember preferences, understand traffic, measure feature usage, diagnose issues, and improve the service.

You can often control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking certain cookies may affect login sessions, checkout flows, account features, saved preferences, or other site functionality.

ClimbCore Lite does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals. Where legally required, we will provide required opt-out methods or honor applicable privacy preference signals.

8. How We Share Information

We may share information with limited categories of third parties when needed to operate, secure, improve, or provide ClimbCore Lite:

  • Service Providers: Hosting providers, database providers, analytics tools, email tools, customer support tools, security tools, and infrastructure providers.
  • Payment Processors: Stripe or similar providers used to process payments, manage subscriptions, handle invoices, prevent fraud, and support billing.
  • AI Service Providers: AI model/API providers used to generate coaching feedback or process submitted coaching materials.
  • Community and Communication Tools: Services such as Discord, email providers, or other platforms used to provide community access, Founder perks, support, or product communications.
  • Legal and Safety Purposes: We may disclose information when required by law, legal process, court order, government request, or when needed to protect rights, safety, security, users, or the public.
  • Business Transfers: If ClimbCore Lite or CareTech Connect LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We do not sell personal information for money. We do not currently share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If this changes, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any legally required choices.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including providing the service, maintaining accounts, processing payments, complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, preventing fraud, and maintaining security.

Uploaded coaching materials may be retained for as long as needed to provide coaching features, maintain account history, improve user experience, troubleshoot issues, enforce our Terms, or comply with legal obligations.

Some information may remain in backups, logs, billing records, fraud-prevention records, legal archives, or compliance records for a limited period after deletion from active systems.

10. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. However, no website, app, database, payment system, AI tool, or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for not submitting unnecessary sensitive information through coaching prompts, uploads, forms, emails, or support messages.

11. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live and how you use ClimbCore Lite, you may have the right to:

  • Access certain personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate account information.
  • Request deletion of your account or certain submitted materials.
  • Request a copy of certain personal information associated with your account.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing where applicable law provides that right.
  • Opt out of non-essential marketing communications, if any are sent.
  • Cancel your subscription through the available billing flow or by contacting us.

12. U.S. State Privacy Rights

Residents of certain U.S. states may have additional privacy rights under applicable state privacy laws. These rights may include the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to request access, the right to request deletion, the right to correct inaccurate information, the right to receive a copy of certain information, and the right to opt out of certain data uses.

ClimbCore Lite does not knowingly sell personal information. ClimbCore Lite does not knowingly sell or share personal information of users under 16 years old.

13. International Privacy Notice

ClimbCore Lite is operated from the United States by CareTech Connect LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, doing business as ClimbCore Lite. If you access ClimbCore Lite from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or in other countries where our service providers operate.

Privacy laws in the United States may differ from the privacy laws in your country. Where required by applicable law, we will provide appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal information and honor applicable privacy rights.

Users located in regions with privacy laws such as the European Union, United Kingdom, Canada, or other jurisdictions may have additional rights under local law. These may include rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of certain personal information.

14. Children and Minors

ClimbCore Lite is not intended for children under 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without appropriate consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

Users under 18 should use ClimbCore Lite only with permission and involvement from a parent or legal guardian.

15. Third-Party Links and Services

ClimbCore Lite may link to third-party websites, payment pages, Discord communities, game-related resources, social platforms, or other services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, security, content, terms, or policies of third-party services.

Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

16. Game Publisher Disclaimer

ClimbCore Lite may reference, discuss, or provide coaching related to third-party games, publishers, esports titles, platforms, characters, agents, champions, items, maps, or other game-related content.

ClimbCore Lite is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to Riot Games or any other game publisher unless expressly stated. All trademarks, game titles, logos, characters, and related properties belong to their respective owners.

Do not submit private game account credentials, passwords, recovery codes, payment information, or other sensitive account access information.

17. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice through the site, account notices, email, Discord, or other reasonable methods.

Continued use of ClimbCore Lite after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective means you accept the revised policy.
