ClimbCore Lite is designed to provide coaching through user-provided information such as manual match details, screenshots, clips, VODs, and coaching questions. This Privacy Policy explains the general types of data that may be collected and how it may be used.

Information We May Collect

We may collect account information, subscription status, contact information, coaching prompts, uploaded review materials, app usage information, and support messages. Payment information is processed by Stripe and is not stored directly by ClimbCore Lite.

How We Use Information

Information may be used to provide coaching features, process subscriptions, improve the product, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, and maintain service security.

Uploaded Content

Users may upload screenshots, clips, or VODs for review. Do not upload content you do not have permission to share. Uploaded materials may be processed to generate coaching feedback and improve user experience.

Third-Party Services

ClimbCore Lite may use third-party services such as Stripe for payments, hosting providers, analytics tools, email tools, and AI service providers to deliver coaching features.
